The insolvency proceedings against the FC red-white Erfurt progresses ahead. On Wednesday afternoon, insolvency administrator Volker Reinhardt informed about the state of things. Recently, the creditor assembly was approved to conclude several comparisons. But insolvency administrator and creditors were not in all points. Thus, these requested an application to spare workers. The insolvency administrator has been obliged to challenge the payments to several license players, says in the press release.
Reinhardt must therefore now bring on other complaints. I would have wished that the creditors' meeting would have waived the recovery in these old-hearted players. Now I am forced to take action, inter alia against players who have contributed to the sporting reputation of the WE, regrets Reinhardt's next steps.
About the creditor assembly, the bankruptcy creditors can perceive their interests. Among other things, you can vote on important decisions in the proceedings and provide concrete instructions to the insolvency administrator.
