The NBA 2K franchise has experienced incredible ups and downs. I guess we can say as much about all sports games, but the Visual Concepts basketball series tends to be more scrutin than others. Of course, most would say that it has probably deserved this honor, largely thanks to the increasing propensity of NBA 2K to microtransactions. But it is also undeniable that for years, action on the ground itself has become obsolete. Or - in the worst case - the gameplay even Regrested. Fortunately, 2022 and beyond are shiny for NBA 2K. Visual Concepts has mainly delivered its best basketball game for years, and I can not wait to see what the rest of this season offers us.
